The granting of the rating comes after the multi-year commitment aimed at building a complex compliance system certified by a third party and at the culmination of an evaluation process that takes into account the requirements of art. 2 of the Regulations prepared by the Authority which allow the applicant company to obtain the base score of a star and the additional requirements provided for by art. 3 of the Regulation.
