1. Definition of the strategies and re-engineering of the processes

2. Portfolio sale/purchase

We provide comprehensive support in portfolio sale transactions through advisory services both seller and buyer side:

  • Perimetering of packages to be sold;

 

  • Data remediation for the creation and enhancement of the data tape, reducing information asymmetry between the parties, with the analysis and digitization of documents, information enrichment from different sources (paper documents, business information, investigations, etc.); 

 

  • Drafting of the Business Plan through the application of proprietary rating, clustering, expenses forecasting and cashflow models;

 

  • Investor scouting thanks to a solid network of relationships with Family Offices and Hedge Funds;

  • Simulation of different scenarios related to NPL reduction strategic plans, with evaluation of economic, patrimonial and fiscal impact of medium to long-term impacts (derisking transactions vs creation of platforms).
